Sometimes you can find yourself feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or unsure of how to handle what life is throwing at you. Therapy can provide a space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and learn practical ways to manage challenges more effectively. .
Sierra works with children, adolescents, young adults, and families experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, trauma/stress-related concerns, and the unique challenges that come with neurodivergence. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop tools that make everyday life feel more manageable. Working with individuals and families facing emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges in a variety of settings. she uses an individualized approach tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
She enjoys helping clients build emotional awareness, improve coping skills, and navigate challenges in ways that feel meaningful and realistic. Her belief that therapy works best when a client feels comfortable, understood, and supported drives her warm, direct, and validating approach. Says Sierra: “Whether seeking support for yourself or your child, therapy can be a place to better understand what's happening and find a path forward. I would be honored to be part of that process.”
